Contents

Cover slip in Conduitt's hand: 'Loose papers relating to the Chronology [...] Examined by IC [i.e. Iohn Conduitt] May 1729'. Many of the pages had previously been used by Newton for draft letters, especially relating to the Mint, for personal and Mint accounts, for notes on the calculus dispute and for calculations. Many others are written over, around or on the back of correspondence addressed to Newton and dated between 1703 and 1726.
