Gentlemen

I am Commanded by My Lord Trear to transmitt to you the inclosed Copy's of the Representations from Charles Pembruge Landwaiter at Bristoll and from the Pewterers there touching frauds Committed to the prejudice of her Ma^ts. Revenue arising from Tinn together with Copys of Affidavits relating thereunto his Lordp is pleased to Direct you to Examine into the said Frauds and to consider of proper Methods for the preventing thereof and that you give his Lordp an Acco^t: of what you shall do therein I am. 25^th March 1714
