That in her late Majesties Reign he humbly Proposed to make halfe pence and farthings of the Same Brittish COpper as the Medals herewith humbly Offered to Yo.er Lordships View are made with.

He therefore humbly Proposeth to Serve Yoer Lordships with Copper Plates, of the same Goodness as the Meddalls (which were made of this Copper) att 19.d per pound and to take back the waste att 412 per pound Change.
