The Proposalls of John Applebee Cittizen of London
Humbly Sheweth.
That in her late Majesties Reign he humbly Proposed to make halfe pence and farthings of the Same Brittish COpper as the Medals herewith humby {sic} Offered to Yo.er Lordships View are made with.
He therefore humby {sic} Proposeth to Serve Yoer Lordships with Copper Plates, of the same Goodness as the Meddalls (wch were made of |t|his Copper) att 19.d ꝑ pound and to take back the waste att 4 ꝑ pound Change.
