If ye house proceed {illeg}|i|n the {illeg}|sa|me method \for Plate/ as the last yeare their|y| may be moved as follows.

That for encouraging the bringing in wrought Plate into the Mint to be coined, there shall be allowed to such persons as shall so bring the same after ye rate of 5s. 5d pr ounce for ye old standard, |&| five shillings & eight pence per ounce for ye new standard for all plate on wch the mark of ye Goldsmiths Company of London or any other city is set, & for uncertain p|P|late not so marked being reduced to standard after the rate of 5s 6d per ounce.

That all such Receipts {illeg}|to| be given by the Mr & Wr of the Mint for any wrought Plate, shall be accepted & taken as so much {money} {illeg}|fo|r the full amount thereof in any paymt to be made upon any Loans or any Contributions upon any funds to be granted in this session of Parliamt.

That it be an instruction to ye Committee {illeg}|u|pon the {P} money Bills thato receive a clause that the Rects given by the Mr & Wr of ye Mint for Plate brought in before the        day of          pursuant to ye Resolutions of this House be accepted i|a|s so much {illeg}|mo|ney in the Contributions towards &c
