After my hearty Commendacons upon Consideraton of the aforegoing Report made to me by the Barons of her Majes: Court of Excheqr in Scotland relating to the Demands of the provost & Monyers of her Majes: Mint in the Tower of London on account of the Recoynage of the Monyes in Scotland upon the Vnion, and alsoe of the Annexed Cirtificate {sic} in that matter (referr'd to be the said Barons) of the Warden and Comptroller of her Majes: Mint at Edinburgh whereby it appears that the sume of Two Thousand Six hundred Ninety two pounds fifteen shillings and three pence half penny is still remaining due to the said provost and Monyrs for that Recoynage upon the severall Allowances setled for the same by her Majes: Warrant bearing date the 12 Day of Iuly 1707, These are in pursuance of the Authority to me given by a Clause in an Act of Parliamt entitled (An Act for charging & continuing the Dutys upon Malt Mum Cyder and Perry for the service of the year 1712 and for applying part of the Coynage Duty to pay the Deffiency {sic} of the Value of plate Coyned and to pay for the recoyning of the the {sic} old Money in Scotland) to Authorize and require you out of such Money as is or shall be in your hands of the Coynage Duty to pay unto the said Provost and Monyrs or to whome they shall appoynt to receive the same the said sume of Two Thousand Six hundred Ninety Two pounds fifteen shillings and three pence half penny in full satisfaction of what remains due to them upon the severall Allowances setled by her Majes: said warrant for or upon account of the Recoynage aforesaid and of all Demands any wayes relating thereunto And for so doing this being first entered with the Auditors of her Majes. Imprests and in the office of the Queens Remembrances in Scotland and wth: the Auditors there to the end her Majty: may not be liable to any Double paymts: or Demands of the said sum or any part thereof shall be as well to you for payment as to the said Auditors of Imprests <89> For allowing thereof in your accounts a Sufficient warrant
