Prohibited the Melting any the Silver Moneys, under pain of Forfeiting the Same, and double the Value; if by a Freeman, he is to be Disfranchised; and if not a Freeman, he is to be Imprisoned Six Months. 6 & 7 W. & M makes the Conviction of Melters more Practicable, and inflicts Six Months Imprisonment for the Offence.
