May it please your Lordship

In obedience to your Lordship's order we have perused the Memorial and Certificate in favour of M^r. Catesby Oadham against M^r. Brattell communicated to us the 15^th. instant, and having fully considered the same we find no reason to alter our opinion concerning either of them certified in our former Reports to your Lordship,
