That the Coin of the finest British Copper be in Copper and Workmanship the full value of the Copper.

That the Coin be made on each Side Concave with the Device or Figure on each Side in the Center, the Edges rising so high as {illeg}|t|o preven{illeg}|t| the Device or Figure from w{illeg}|ea|ring, thus may our Copper Coin be Transmitted to future Ages undefaced An Advan{illeg}|t|age wan{illeg}|t|ting in the Coins either of the Athenians or the Romans.

That the Copper Coin be hence forward a series of His{illeg}|t|ory, Commencing a{illeg}|t| the Glorious Revolu{illeg}|t|ion in {illeg}|t|he Year 1688.

That a number of Dyes be made with Devices and Motto's, respec{illeg}|t|ing each Ac{illeg}|t|ion, worthy of Notice from tha{illeg}|t| time {illeg}|t|o this inclusive.

One hundred Tuns of Copper Coind will supply the presen{illeg}|t| wan{illeg}|t| & Transmi{illeg}|t|{illeg}|t| {illeg}|t|o lates{illeg}|t| Pos{illeg}|t|eri{illeg}|t|y 50 oz too memorable Transac{illeg}|t|ions, if One or Two Tuns of Copper be S{illeg}|t|uck on Each

Two Tuns of Copper will s{illeg}|t|icke 896,000 halfpence and 1,792,000 Far{illeg}|t|hings, if Coin'd in equall weigh{illeg}|t|, they may {illeg}|t|ogeather be Called 2,688,000 Medalls, a Number sufficient {illeg}|t|o perpetuate the memory of any Transac{illeg}|t|ion

Twen{illeg}|t|y or Five, & Twen{illeg}|t|y Tuns ꝑ Ann s{illeg}|t|ruck every Year af{illeg}|te|rwards will keep up a necessary S{illeg}|t|ock of Copper Coin

Thus will this his{illeg}|t|oricall Coin be con{illeg}|t|inued {illeg}|t|o Pos{illeg}|t|erity

To the Rt honoble: the Lords Commrs: of the Treasury by their Lordps mos{illeg}|t| Obedt: & mos{illeg}|t| humble Serv{illeg}|t|:
