Whereas pursuant to a Warrant sign'd by her Maty in that behalf, the Officers of the Mint \{{illeg}}/ did receive from sundry persons diverse Quantities of Plate in order to coined & gave Receipts for the same expressing the value thereof specified in the said Warrant, And\{which} rates/ at the rated|s| voted by the House of Commons & specified in the said Warrant. And whereas the Parliment have made no pr{illeg}|o|vision for satisfying the Difference betwee{n} the said value & the produce of the said Plate received after the 14th day of May last: My Lord Trear doth consent & agree on her Majts behalf. That if the said Officers of the Mint or any of them shall for the accommodation of the {said} Importers of the said Plate advance\pay/ to them respectively so much {illeg}|a|s the said difference amounts {to} unto or any part thereof, the same shall be repaid to him or them Out of her Majts Civil List money by Xmas next, if the Parliamt shall not have provided for the same {illeg}|b|efore that time.
