My Lord Treasurer desires that You'l give Your Opinions in Writing what Her Majesty may allow per Ounce in Sterling Money for the Eight hundred Thousand Mexico Dollars proposed to be lent by the Genouees's without regarding the Exchange I am &c: 14th. Iune 1711.
