To the R:t Hon:ble the Lords Commiss:ers of His Majestys Treasury.
Your Lordships having been Pleas'd to Advertize in the Gazette that You would on the 25.th Instant take in Proposals for the Coyning of Copper money.
John Parker, and Partners, humbly Propose to Furnish His Majesty, with a Sufficient Quantity of the best Brittish Copper in Flatted Barrs that will stand the Essay at both Ends, of the Size that shall be Order'd, and when the Blanks are Stamp'd out of the Barrs, will take the Sissill again, and to be paid only for the Weight of the Blanks, will Deliver when Required the Quantity Demanded, for the Beginning of the Coynage, & after will Deliver into the Tower, Such Quantities to continue the Work, and at such times as the Master-Worker shall think fit to Order it, at Eighteen Pence ꝑ Pound.
What Security may be Required shall be Given for Performance of this Proposal.
