|1.| That the Warden of the Mint find out a person who|el||l| qualified to attend him {illeg}|a|s a Clerk & Sollicitor for drawing up Informations & Warrants & entring them in books, & seing {sic} the Warrants executed when there a|i|s occasion, & for attending Prosecutions at the Old Bayly & Assizes

|2.| That this Clerk \& Sollicitor/ be allowed a Salary of    li per an by a Warrant under his Mats signe Manual directed to ye Master & Worker of his Mint to pay the same quarterly as it shall become due.

|3.| That the Mr & Worker be imp{illeg}|o|wered by the same Warrant to imprest further to the said Clerk & Sollicitor any for carrying on the p for bearing the Charges of the Prosecutions any summ or summs \desired {for}/ {illeg}|d|emanded \|by him| from time to time/ by the Wardens Order in writing \{or}|&|/ not exceeding in the whole the summ of per an including the said Salary \in any one year/ /And that the Auditor {sic} {illeg} of the Mint be directed to allow these payments in the Masters {sic} Accts{sic}\

|4| That the said O|S|ollicitor upon being sent to apprehend or prosecute criminalls in the country be allowed 10s per diem for his hose & himself & six pence per mile {travell}{illeg} travelling charges. And that such others as shall be necessary to accompany him be allowed such travelling charges as the Warden shall approve of not exceeding 7s 6d pr diem for a man & a horse.

|6| That the said Sollicitor do lay before the board {illeg} at the end of the every half year lay before the Master & Worker {at}|&| Comptroller of the Mint an account of the services performed by him \& his Assistants/ with a certificate from the Warden that they were done by his Order. And that he do also lay before them at the end of every year an Accou{td}|nt| of lay before the Warden Master & Comptroller an Account of all his travelling charges. Councellours fees & other expences for wch he can produce Receipts of other good Vouchers to be examined & signed\allowed/ by the said Warden Master & Comptroller \under their hands/ as a Voucher to his Accounts.

|5.| That for \in lie{illeg}|u|/ c{illeg}|o|ach hire, pocket expences, & Court-fees, & such other expences as cannot be ascertained by good Vouch{illeg}|ers|, he {illeg}|b|e \further/ all{illeg}d|ow|ed |1|li for every person brought to his trial\indixted {illeg}|&|/ \& tried & actually tried/ whether the person be convicted or acquitted|,.|&| 10s for every person co{illeg}|o|mitted to prison in order to be tried.|

|7.| That at the end of every year or every two years, he lay his Accounts \first/ before {illeg}|t|he Warden of the Mint & \then before/ the Attorney &|or| Sollicitor of the Treary \or any of them/ to be examined & stated & then {illeg}|l|aid before ye \Chancellour of the Excheqr or/ Lord H. Tr. or Lords Commrs of the Treary for be ing order to be allowe allowed &{illeg} sent to ye {illeg}|M||r &| {illeg}|W||r| to be paid off.

|8| And that the Mr & Wr aforesaid be {illeg}ordered \authorized/ by the {illeg}|W|arrant above mentioned to pay off all such Bills \Accounts/ so allowed, & the Auditors of the Mint \be directed/ to allow {allow} in the Mr & Wrs Acct all payments {illeg} made by vertue of the said Warrant, the whole not exceeding in the whole the summ of 400li per annum.

|5| That in recompence for pocket expences, coach hire, Court fees & such other expen{illeg}|c|es as cannot be ascertained by good vouchers, the Sollicitor be further allowed for every person committed to prison in order to be tried, &       for every person indicted & trie{s}|d|, whether the persons \be convicted or/ {co}|a|cquitted|.| or convicted. And that every person who by the Wardens order shall assist the Sollicitor or be otherwise imployed in the apprehanding of people persons accused\searching of houses/\executing of Warrants/, \or searching of houses/ shall be allowed         a piece for every person apprehended &         a house for every h{illeg}|o|use searched.
