|Willts Ss| The Informaion of Robt: Hort now a prisoner in ye Goal at fisherton Anger in ye Sd county taken upon oath before me this 19th day of November 1703

This Informtt upon his oath saith, yt on Whitmunday last past, he saw Stephen Holloway of Christian Mallford in the country aforesaid Blacksmith coyn about 3 or 4 Shillings in imitation of the currtt coyn of this realm, att this Informtts house in Calne aforesaid in the Sd county & this informant helped him the Sd Stephen Holloway to make the said counterfeit shillings and this informant further saith yt one or about the month of August last past att this informants house in Calne aforesaid he saw Arthur Forman of Calne in ye Sd county Chandler make and coyn severall shillings of counterfeit shills: \mony/ in imitation of ye currtt coyn of this kingdome, and this Informtt assisted the Sd Arthur Forman to make ye Sd counterfeit shills: and this Informtt saith that since ye month of Aug: last past he saw Samuel Hall of Calne aforesd Blacksmith make & coyn 2 shillings of counterfeit money in imitation of the currant coyn of this realme att the Sd Samuel Halls house in Calne aforesd And this informant further saith, that John Fry of Cherhill in the county aforesd Inholder had at two severall times two sum̄s of counterfeit money of this Informtt in order to dispose of the same for good money, ye Sd Ino: Fry knowing ye same to be counterfeit money, and had ye same att an under value, and this informant further sayth, yt Rob:tt Emett of Mannings hill in ye county aforesd husbandman had at severall times severall summs of money of ys Informtt of counterfeit money, to putt it off ye Sd Robt: Hort Emett knowing the same to be counterfeit money & had ye same att an under value Jurat die et anno prius infra script coram me Jo Young                 Robt: Hort
