|Middx et Westmr } Ss| The Informaion of Elizabeth Seymour taken upon Oath this 3.rd day of July 1701.

Who saith that one Judith Cumby did about Jannuary last past meet this Informant, near Long Alley by Moor feilds, at which time she the said Cumby went to this Informants house in Gravell Layn near houndsditch, and came again to ye said Lodgings, and sent a Counterfeit Shilling by this Informant for a pott of drink, wch was pd away as good and Curr.nt Money, and after\wards/ at the same Lodgings ye Said Cumby gave 2.s more of the same sort of Counterfeit Money unto this Informant to pass away for she the said Cumby, promissing this Informant halfe profit for her so doeing, the said Cumby at the same time confessing that she maid the said counterfeit money, and yt she this Informant should have from time to time what Quantity she could dispose on, allowing her this Informant 40.s Counterfeit Money for 20.s good Money, and promissed she this Informt yt in case she would take a convenient Room or two for that purpose to coyn in, that <1v> she the said Judith Cumby would shew her how to make such false and Counterfeit Money. And also she this Informant Saith yt one Mrs Judith Ingleton, did at Severall times request her this Informt to receive and take such false and Counterfeit money of her, wch she the said Ingleton Confessed was of the said Cumby's makeing, but said that she her selfe Edged the same with a file, so that this Informant verily beleives the said Cumby with others Coynes & Counterfeits the same and yt Juditch Ingleton aforesaid is privey to it or works with the Sd Cumby and others her selfe.                               Elizabeth her X mark Seymour Jurat anno et die Suꝑdict coram J.
