The Right Hon^ble. the Lords Comm^rs: of His Majestys Treasury are Pleased to Refer this Petition and the Bill Annexed to the Principal Officers of His Majestys Mint Who are to Peruse his Majestys Warrants Directing the several publick seal to be prepared and the Respective Certificates of their being delivered pursuant thereto And Examine into the Reasonablenes of the Prices set down for the same and thereupon make Report to their Lordships with their Opinion
