The Rt. Honble: the Lords Commrs of His Mats. Treary are pleas'd to Refer this Bill for silver and Engraving of several publique seals to the Principal Officers of His Mats.Mint who are to peruse His Mats. Warrants directing the several publique seals to be prepared and the Respective Certificates of their being delivered pursuant thereto and Examine into the Reasonableness of the prizes {sic} set down for the same And thereupon to make their Report to their Lordships with their Opinion what is fit to be done therein which in the Absense of the secretarys is signifyed by their Lordships Commands by
