My Lord Treasurer Commands me to send you the enclosed memorial of Henry Smithson relating to several Prosecutions against false Coiners together with an a|A|ccount of his Charges in carrying on the same; His is pleased to direct you to consider the matters contained therein and let him have a true state thereof together with your Opinion what is fit to be done thereupon.
