The Rt Honble. the Lords Commrs: of his Maties Treasury are pleased to Referr this Memoriall to Sir Isaac Newton Master & Worker of his Maties Mint who is to Report to their Lordps a state of that Mint in Scotland and the sum̄s due to the Officers there As also an Account of the Moneys that have been Imprested for the service of the said Mint And whether any or what part thereof hath been Accounted for
