1. That counterfeit silver monies be still cut by the Kings Receivers ā Collectors & also by the \Officers &/ Tellers of the Bank & by all Goldsmiths \& {illeg} or others/ who deliver out circulating Bills of credit \& by their Tellers/, & that they be obliged to return back no money as bad\counterfeit/ wthout cutting it.

That all gold monies too light by above          grains in the half guinea         grains in the Guinea         grains in the two Guinea piece &      grains in the five pound piece {illeg} as often as tendered to any of the aforesd Officers be by them stampt wth a round O\cypher/ on both sides & thence forward be current only by weight at the rate of 3£ 16s 9d wth an abatement of 2d pr grain at the value of|according to their standard value that is the pound weight Troy for| 4412 guineas the pound weight, or the single pieces wth an abatement of 2 after ye rad|t|e of 2d pr grain for so much gra|o|ld as shall be wanting in each piece. And that all such light gold monies coming the to the Exchequer or Bank be sent thence to ye Mint to be recoyned. No No {sic} Receiver Collector or Banker to refute them by Tale wthout marking them

2|1| That \all Gold &/ Silver monies clipt washt filed \worn/ or otherwise unlawfully \unlawfully {illeg}/ diminisged above a certain limit\or so as to be lightned so as to be too light by/ be not cut but stampt {illeg}|on| both sides by the afforesaid {sic} Officers Receivers Collectors Receivers \{Receivers}/ Tellers & Goldsmiths |with a cypher or round O by the Kings Receivers & Collecto{illeg}|rs| & by ye Officers & {sic} tellers of ye Bank & by all \{present}/ (Goldsmiths \an offices)/ who delivered out circulating Bills of credits & their Tellers| & thence forward be allowed to p no longer current by tale but be current by weight \{given} according to the stand value vizt the Gold after the rate of 4412 \Guineas/ the pound weight & the silver/ after ye rate of 5s pr ounce 2d pr|the| ounce (those only untill they shall return to ye Mint to be {illeg} recoyned. No Collector Re{illeg}\c/eiver or Teller \aforesaid/ {illeg}|to| refuse them by Tale \as too light/ without marking them upon pain of.                                    All money so markt which shall be paid into {illeg} the \{illeg}/ Excheqr or into the Bank shall be sent thence to ye Mint to be recoyned.

2. That all counterfeit silver monies whether markt or not markt be still cut by the Kings Receivrs & Collectors \as the law already directs & also/ & by the Bankers & their Tellers aforesaid & {illeg}( as the law directs & that they be obliged to return back no money as counterfeit without cutting it upon pain of. And that all other perso3|ns| That may cut such\all/ silver monies as\wch/ they suspect to be counterfeit as they are already impowered by law.

Tat ye Act \against coyning tools/ wch expires at ye end of the next session of Parliamt be {illeg}|co|ntinued \either without or/ wth some amendments for 7 years.
