In obedience to your Lord^ps Order of Reference of May y^e 5^t upon the Memorial of the R^t Hon^ble the Earl of Darby for coyning copper money in her Ma^ties Mint to be current only in the Isle of Mann, We have considered the same, & are humbly of opinion that no money than her Maj^ties should be coined in her Ma^ties Mint: but leave may be given to the Gravers or Moneyers of her Maj^ties Mint, if it be thought fit, to make any quantity of Medalls for his Lord^p of such sizes as his Lord^p shall desire, the form & inscriptions being first approved by your Lord^p, or by the Officers of her Maj^ties Mint by virtue of her Maj^ties Warrant already granted them concerning Medalls
