Mr Drummond represents (October 1704) that yethe price of Tynn in Holland had been ~~between~~ from 45 to 47 GuildGuilders pr Dutch Ccwt wt. wchwhich is about 110£ English weight. And 45G according to yethe present exchange was about 4£ 7s sterling, from wchwhich was to be deducted freight to Holland & Custome & charges there, wchwhich according to yethe ~~rate~~ calculation annexed will return 4£ sterling pr 100lb at yethe rate of ten Gilders ten Stivers per pound Sterling
