Who Joyntly and severally upon their respective oaths who sayth that having InformaionInformation that one John Hews alsalias George and Susannah his wife were greatly suspected to counterfeit the curr.tt:currant coyn of this realm, thereupon they together with J: Bonner went to their Lodging in Barwick street near old soho and coming up one pair of Stairs the SdSaid John Hews opened yethe chamber door and these depon:tsdeponents entring, found Susannah his wife sett by the fire, with upward of 20s in counterfeit money in her lapp as well sixpences as shillings made of Pewter block tinn and such like metall, and a knife with a flote file Lying by her, and also counterfeit shillsShillings in her pockett and att the same time some metall melted in a fire shoule over yethe fire and near to yethe grate a pair of small iron flasks very hott, with yethe impressions of 2 shillings and one sixpence ready moulded thereon, resembling those of the curr.tt:currant coyn of this Kingdome and further saith that upon searching yethe said John Hews found in 12 counterfeit shillings and one sixpence in his pockett and found in his hatt Lying in yethe window 24s & 11. sixpences counterfeitu money resembling yethe curr.tt:currant coyn of this Kingdome,capt Jurat ann: et die supdict: coram me J Stanley John Hook RobtSaker
