Who saith that he being Informed by one Samson Hodges (now a Prisner in Newgait) that James Sum̄ers of the Parish of S.t Martins in the feilds, was guilty of high-Treason by counterfeiting the Currant coyn of this Kingdome whereupon he this InformtInformant went last night and got Mr Recorders Warrant to Search the Lodgings of the SdSaid James Sum̄ers and upon the said Search early this morning found in the Custody and possession of the SdSaid Sum̄ers a pair of Flasks ready Moulded with the Impressions of both the flats of a Shilling and the flatts of both sides of two Sixpences (now ꝑducedproduced) and also in the pocket of yethe SdSaid Sum̄ers a pattern Shilling peice with a :B: upon it, being the same that the shilling Impression is made in the Flasks aforesdaforesaid, with Severall other counterfeit Shillings & Sixpences in the Lodgings of yethe said James Sum̄ers.
