                <p rend="indent0" xml:id="par7">Sir Isaac Newton attending according to Order is called in <lb xml:id="l2"/>&amp; gives my Lords an Account of the progress made in <lb xml:id="l3"/>Coyning Copper farthings &amp; halfe pence, he says <lb xml:id="l4"/>six tons of Halfepence have already been issued <lb xml:id="l5"/>out of the Mint. <space dim="vertical" unit="lines" extent="1"/></p>
                
                <p xml:id="par8">My Lords ask him what preparations have been made <lb xml:id="l6"/>in order to coin <formula><math xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mfrac><mn>1</mn><mn>4</mn></mfrac></math></formula> Guineas, p<tei:del xmlns:tei="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0" type="over"><tei:unclear reason="del" cert="low">a</tei:unclear></tei:del><tei:add xmlns:tei="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0" place="over" indicator="no">u</tei:add>rusant to the Directions <tei:lb xmlns:tei="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0" xml:id="l7"/>of the late Lords of the <tei:choice xmlns:tei="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0"><tei:abbr>Treary</tei:abbr><tei:expan>Treasury</tei:expan></tei:choice>, he answers that the Dyes <tei:lb xmlns:tei="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0" xml:id="l8"/>&amp; puncheons are ready but that a power under the <tei:lb xmlns:tei="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0" xml:id="l9"/>Great Seal or by his <tei:choice xmlns:tei="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0"><tei:abbr>Ma<tei:hi rend="superscript">ties</tei:hi>.</tei:abbr><tei:expan>Majesties</tei:expan></tei:choice> proclamation is wanting <tei:lb xmlns:tei="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0" xml:id="l10"/>to Authorize him to coyn the same <tei:space xmlns:tei="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0" dim="vertical" unit="lines" extent="1"/></p>
