My son has acquainted me wthwith yryour kind reception of my letter, & favourable answer, for wchwhich I humbly return my hearty thanks.

In answer to what you were pleas'd to tell my son, CollColl. Parker shall not be concern'd in yethe Coinage, neither had I entertain'd any such design at first, but that I was led into it ꝑper mistake, thinking, (as he always told me) that he was yryour old acquaintance; & favourite, & yethe only person you intended to yethe undertaking; & that otherwise I had no hopes of being concern'd. And this prevented my making application to you at first, before I gave in my Proposasals.

As to yethe price of yethe Copper, tho' 17d34 is cheaper than can be afforded, & I believe, than any one will sell, yet I will refer my self wholly to you in that matter: And (as I said in my former) shall be very carefull in every respect to be agreeable, & approve myself
