                <p rend="indent0" xml:id="par1"><hi rend="larger"><hi rend="bold">To the Right Honorable the Lords Commission</hi></hi><choice><orig>er<add place="infralinear" indicator="no"><hi rend="small">s</hi></add></orig><reg><hi rend="large"><hi rend="bold">ers</hi></hi></reg></choice> <lb type="intentional" xml:id="l1"/>of her Majestys Treasury.</p>
                
                <p xml:id="par2"><hi rend="large">May</hi> it please your Lordships</p>
                
                <p xml:id="par3"><hi rend="large">Your</hi> Lordships having been pleased to appoint the <hi rend="larger">W</hi>arden, <lb xml:id="l2"/>Master and Worker, and Comptroller of her <choice><abbr>Maj<hi rend="superscript">es</hi></abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> Mint for the <lb xml:id="l3"/>Management of the Tin Affaire in London, and having directed them <lb xml:id="l4"/>in their Constitution to sell and dispose of the Tin, that shall be <lb xml:id="l5"/>consigned to them, according to their best discretion at such price or <lb xml:id="l6"/>prices and pursuant to such Orders and directions as they shall from <lb xml:id="l7"/>time to time receive from your Lordships, We humbly desire your <lb xml:id="l8"/>Lordships Warrant as to the price, which in the former Contract was <lb xml:id="l9"/>sett at £3. 16. –. per hundred merchant weight, and upon which the <lb xml:id="l10"/>new one was calculated.</p>
                
                <p xml:id="par4"><hi rend="large">Being</hi> likewise Authorised and required by your Lordships to Imploy <lb xml:id="l11"/>such porters, Carmen, or other to receive the said Tin from on ship<lb xml:id="l12"/>board, and to carry the same into the Mint, and to deliver out the <lb xml:id="l13"/>same when sold at such Salarys, Wages or Allowances as we shall <lb xml:id="l14"/>thinck reasonable to be approved from time to time by your Lordships, <lb xml:id="l15"/>and to be satisfied out of such Money and in such Manner as your <lb xml:id="l16"/>Lordships shall direct, We humbly represent to your Lordships that in <lb xml:id="l17"/>the former Contract we were impowered by a subsequent Warrant to issue <lb xml:id="l18"/>our Orders from time to time to the Treasurer or Receiver of the Monies <lb xml:id="l19"/>arising by the sale of her <choice><abbr>Maj<hi rend="superscript">es</hi>.</abbr><expan>Majesties</expan></choice> Tin, to pay out of the proceed thereof both the <lb xml:id="l20"/>charges of freight, and all other incident charges proper for her Majesty to bear <lb xml:id="l21"/>on account of the bringing in of the said Tin, or the selling or delivering out <lb xml:id="l22"/>of the same, or otherwise howsoever.</p>
