                <p xml:id="par1">Assayed – reposted – <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">rated &amp; Standarded</add> sett to pott – delivered to <lb xml:id="l1"/>Melter – Melted <del type="strikethrough"><del type="strikethrough">in</del> ru<unclear reason="del" cert="low">n</unclear></del> into bars – Assay <choice><abbr>M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi></abbr><expan>Master</expan></choice> <lb xml:id="l2"/>takes a bar at option out of each pot – <lb xml:id="l3"/>Bars delivered to Moneyers – first annealed <add place="supralinear" indicator="yes">i.e. put into a furnace like an oven</add> to <lb xml:id="l4"/>make it soft &amp; fit for the Mill – <del type="strikethrough">then</del></p>
                <p xml:id="par2">Put into the Mill &amp; when <del type="strikethrough">of the size</del> drawn to the <lb xml:id="l5"/>thickness of the guinea or half guinea the blanks <lb xml:id="l6"/>are cutt out of the bars – then they are flattened – <lb xml:id="l7"/>then they are sized – then they are milled or <lb xml:id="l8"/>marked i.e. letters round the edges – then the<del type="strikethrough">y</del> <add place="supralinear" indicator="no">blanks</add> are <lb xml:id="l9"/>nealed to make them soft – then blanched in Alom &amp; water <add place="supralinear" indicator="no">to cleanse them</add> – then dried in saw duste then corked that <lb xml:id="l10"/>is stampt. —</p>
