This morning early I went up into yethe Mint office of Receipt, & finding Mr. Fauqur.Fauquier had up yethe 1lwt averdupois, I was oblige to compare the 7lwt. averdupois wthwith an Exact ballance of Troy wtsweights. The scales & one sett of the Troywts.weights have been lately adjusted, but the other sett of weight remaining uncorrected, & there appearing about 6gr. difference between those 2 setts of Troy weights, I therefore compard the 7lwt Averdupois wth.with both the foremention'd Setts of Troy weights, & also wth.with the Troy StanddStandard weights in the Excheqr.Exchequer & the Acct.Account stands thus.
