<p xml:id="par1"><hi rend="large">A</hi>fter Our hearty Commend<choice><orig><hi rend="overline">acon</hi></orig><reg>ation</reg></choice>s These are to  <lb xml:id="l1"/>Authorize and Direct you to deliver out of the Mint unto <lb xml:id="l2"/>Henry Hines, who Contracts for the importing a certain <lb xml:id="l3"/>quantity of Copper there for the Coyning of farthings &amp; <lb xml:id="l4"/>halfe pence, One Instrument or Tool, called a Cutter; You <lb xml:id="l5"/>having informed Vs, that the true Sizing of the Barrs <lb xml:id="l6"/>of Copper that is to be imported by him, requires the use <lb xml:id="l7"/>of the said Instrument or Tool, and that the same may <lb xml:id="l8"/>be safely delivered to him for that purpose, he giving <lb xml:id="l9"/>to you a note under his hand, for the return thereof at <lb xml:id="l10"/>anytime when demanded, or as soon as the Service for <lb xml:id="l11"/>which it is delivered to him Shall be performed And <lb xml:id="l12"/>for so doing this Shall be Your Warrant.
