Anthony Dun Gentleman Deposeth this 26^th. day of Aprill 1699 that a litle above a year ago he did prosecute John Brown Chyrurgeon for making Spanish Pistolls and that the said Brown pleaded guilty and was sentenced loss of goods and Chattells and imprisonment during his Majestys pleasure
