The Deposition of W^m. Chambers of the parish of S^t Martins in the fields apprentice 29 November 1698

Who saith that on Saturday morning last one Eliz Bacon now in custody came to this Informant + askt him if there was not a Gentlewoman lodged in the house where he lived that had a house to let that stood in Shandois street that formerly was a Coffeehouse + this Deponent call'd one Sarah Parson to {her} who went along with the said Bacon to shew her the said house as she the said Parson told afterwards
