The Right Honourable the Lords Commissioners of His Majestys Treasury are Pleas'd to Refer this Bill to the principal Officers of His Majesties Mint who are to Peruse his Majestys Warrants directing the several publick seals to be prepared and the Respective certificates of their being delivered pursuant thereto & Examine into the Reasonableness of the Prices set downe for the same and thereupon make their Report to their Lordships with their opinion
