May it Please Your Lordship

In Obedience to Your Lordships Order of Reference Signifyed to Vs by Mr. Lowndes 2 Ian: 1702 we have Considered the Annexed Petition of Mrs. Wynne and humbly Conceive it reasonable that She be allowed the Charges of passing the Accounts of Her late Husband Owen Wynne Esqr. as Warden of the Mint, amounting to 49: 18: 06 and that this Charge be paid by the Master and Worker of the Mint as hath been usual in passing the Wardens Accounts.

All which is most humbly submitted to Your Lordships great Wisdom
