My Lord Treasurer Commands me to send You the enclosed Memoriall of Henry Smithson relating to severall Prosecutions against false Coiners together with an Account of his Charges in carrying on the same His Lordship is pleased to direct You to consider the Matters contained therein and let him have a true State thereof together with Your Opinion what is fit to be done thereupon I am &ca. 16th April 1714
