The Queen having been pleas'd by Order of Councill to refer to my Lord Treasurers Consideration a Petition of the Pewterers of London relating to Her Majestys Preemption of Tynn His Lordship has Commanded me, to transmitt the said Order and Petition to You to Consider thereof and Report to his Lordship a true state of the Petitioners Case with Your Opinion thereupon
