Charles Earl of Lauderdale General of the Mint in Scotland prays payment of the summ of 2400l for the Service of the said Mint for two Years from 1st Decr 1715 to 1st Decr 1717 at the rate of 1200li per annum persuant to Act of parliament, and such further summs as shall be thought necessary for defraying the Charge & Expences of the Coynage in the said Mint
