The Right Honourable the Lords Commissioners of his Majesties Treasury are pleased to Referr this Memoriall to Sir Isaac Newton Master & Worker of his Majesties Mint who is to Report to their Lordships a state of that Mint in Scotland and the summs due to the Officers there As also an Account of the Moneys that have been Imprested for the service of the said Mint And whether any or what part thereof hath been Accounted for
