At Millain the Piece of 8 (which is worth 4^s 6^d went lately for 5 lires 17 solsn for 6 lires so that & thence the lire was worth 9^d_∟23 or thereabouts, & the Philippo which went there for 6 lires that is for 3 sols more then the Piece of 8 is worth 4^s. 7^d_∟3845. The Philippo goes now at Millain (as I am informed) for 7 lires & the Pistole of Spain & Millain for 24 lires or 3 $\frac{3}{7}$ Philippos that is for 15^s. 9^d_∟89.

At Venice the Phelippo goes for 8 $\frac{1}{2}$ lires & the Sequin for 17 lires that is for two Philippos or 9^s. 2^d_∟77.

A $\frac{1}{2}$ Guilden of the Duke of Brunswick or piece of $\frac{1}{3}$ 1679 was raised from 11 to 13 Marien Grosh, Better 17 $\frac{1}{2}$ ^dwt Weight 4^dwt. 17^gr. Standard

A Quarter Guilder of the Duke of Saxony or piece of $\frac{1}{6}$ . Better 6 $\frac{1}{2}$ ^dwt. Weight 2^dwt 10 $\frac{1}{2}$ ^gr. Standard 2. 12. 4 $\frac{1}{4}$

At Florence & Legorn the silver Ducat goes for 7 lires or 10 $\frac{1}{2}$ Iulios & by assay is worth 5^s 4_∟63 & therefore the Lire of Florence is 9^d_∟233. And there & at Legorn the Pistole goes for 20 lires or 15^s. 4^d $\frac{2}{3}$ & the Lewidor & Spanish Pistole for between 20 & 21 Lires

At Rome Florence Legorn Bulloign & Ancona (a city upon the Gulph of Venice) three Iulios make a Teston & the teston by assay is worth 1^s. 6_∟^d21. & therefore the Iulio is 6_∟^d07 But at Florence 3 Iulios go for two lires or 1^s. 6_∟466 & 10 $\frac{1}{2}$ Iulios for the ducat & thence the Iulio is worth 6_∟155. Ten Iulios make the Escudi or Ecu of Rome but I cannot yet procure that piece of money for an assay. Now in those cities the Pistole of Italy goes for 30 Iulios or 15^s. 4_∟65 & the Spanish Pistole for 31 Iulios or 15^s. 10^d_∟805 supposing the Iulio 6_∟^d155.

At Boulogne & Ancona the Sequin of Venice goes for 18 Iulios or 9^d. 2^d_∟19 & the Hungary Ducat for 17 Iulios or 8^d. 8^d_∟635
