Who being duly examin'd saith That abot six weeks or two Months ago he was in company wth one Iohn Fenton Kistell in Westmr and ye sd Kys|s|tell asked this Examt if there was any good thins|g| stirring Meaning counterfeit money as this Examt doth believe and this Examt change out of it and this Examt told one Cecilia Labree his daughter in Law of the passage wth the sd Kistell concerning the counterfeit half Crown as aforesd and the sd Cecilia Labree gave to this Examt abot 3 weeks ago four half Crownes and Ten Shillings in counterfeit money and desired this Examt to sell the same to the sd Kistell for ten shill: and upon the 1st day of this Instant Month of Ianuary this Examt sold the sd counterfeit money to Kistell aforesd for 12d and reced. ten Shillings in part of paymt. thereof and this Examt further saith that he knowes one Mrs Biggs now in custody and that he hath seen her frequently in company wth the sd Mrs Labree and that they used to lye to gether last Summer
