The Deposicon of Sarah Parson of the parrish of S^t. Martins in y^e Fields in the County of Miiddx Spinster taken this 29^th. day of November 1698

who saith y^t on Saturday last one Eliz Bacon now in custody came to this Depon^t. to y^e sign of Vnicorn in the s^d S^t. martins Lane and desired her to shew her a house in Shandois str to take it as she pretended for a person y^t lived at Charing Cross + kept a strong {water} shop and this Depon^t. went with the sd Bacon to the said house to shew it her, + shews her the said house all but the Garret but staid at y^t bottom of the stairs of y^t Garret till the s^d. Bacon went up into it
