The Crown of England by a late Convention with Sweden having agreed to certain paymts. to be made in Imperial Dollars And some dispute arising about the Value of the said Dollars; The Lords Commrs. of his Mats Treary have Commanded me to send you the inclosed Extract of the said Convention As also an Extract of a Treaty with Sweden Ao. 1700 And desire you to consider the same And Report your Opinion to their Lordps with respect to the Value of the said Dollars as well Intrinsically as by way of Exchange which you will please to do with all convenient speed{.} This in the absence of ye Secrys &ca. 5th April 172{0}
