Gentlemen

S^r. Lambert Blackwell kn^t & Edw^d Gibbon Esq^r. having in the Years 1710 & 1711 Advanced 60000^l for the Service of her late Ma^ty there was delivered to their Order at hambrô 960 Tuns of Tynn for Securing the repaym^t: of the Same which said Sum̄ being now near repaid they have by their Memoriall to the Lords Comm^rs. of his Ma^ts. Treasury proposed to be Accountable for any part of the said Tinn which their Lordps shall Order them to dispose of at the rate of 4^l ꝑ C and in the same manner as M^r Beranger is Obliged by Contract with the late Lord Treasurer I am Commanded by their Lordps to Transmitt the said Memo^ll, to You for Your Consideraīon ꝑticularly with respect to the price the said Tynn should be sold for. I am &c 13 Nov^r. 1714
