By Order of My Lord Trearer I send You inclosed M^r Anstis's Memo^ll: to his Lordp touching the raysing of the Peice {sic} of One shilling & six pence more on every Hundred of Tyn hereafter to be sold in Cornwall which You are to consider and Report Yo^r Opinion thereon to his Lordp with all convenient speed. I am &c^a 26^th Feb^ry 17 $\frac{12}{13}$ W^m Lowndes.
