Mr. Brydges the Paymaster of Her Mats. Forces having applied to My Lord Treasurer for his Direccons as \to/ the rate French Current Money shall be computed at, since her Maties. Forces in Dunkirk will receive their Subsistence in that Specie, I send You by his Lordps Command Mr Brydges's Memoriall relating to that Affair here inclosed, and am to desire that You together with Sir Isaac Newton the Master {&} Worker of her Mats. Mint, (to whom You will please to signifie His Lordps Pleasure in this behalf) will consider the Subject Matter of the said Memoriall And thereupon report Your Opinion to his Lordp what is fit to be done therein Which in the absence of the Secretarys is signified by Your &c 21th. Augt. 1712
