I have considered & examined\perused his Majts Warrant/ the Vouchers of Mr Iames Girards Bill hereunto annexed for engraving of a seal \of silver/ for the Bahama Islands, wch \Bill/ your Lordps were pleased to referr to the principal Officers of his Maties Mint on                                & wch came to my hands in the end of September \last/, & I humbly certify your Lordps that I find {them}\the Seal/ right according to the directions of his Maties Warrant & the work very good & by the voucher of Certificate of Holies Newcastle \Es/ encloslosed that the same was sent to George Phenney Es Governour of those\the said/ Islands. And \I find also/ that before it was sent it was weighed in the Mint & it weight was \found/ of |t|a|h||e| weight expressed in the Bill \& the price of the silver set down in the Bill answers to its weight/. And/I find also\ that the price \of the workmans/ is reasonable being some\as low or/ a little lower then in proportion to the prized|s| all \{illeg}/ heretofore allowed for |ye| work\manship of seals/ of like sizes. All wch is most humbly submitted to yor Lops great wisdome.

In {illeg}|o|bedience to your Lordps Order {illeg}|of| \reference of 25/ Iune delivered to me\one of us/ in the end of September, concerning a new double silver seal {illeg}|ma|de by Mr Iames Girard {illeg}|f|or the his Majties Bahama Islands in America, {sic} \we/ have p{illeg}|er|used his Majts warrant {illeg}|f|or making the same & the certificate of the delivery thereof pursuant thereto; & find that the said seat \by an impression taken from it & kept in the Mint I find that it duly duly\is/ is {sic} duly/ is {illeg} m{illeg}|a|de according to the directions of the said Warrant, & {illeg} & the work {illeg}|v|ery good, I have also perused the annexed certificate & by the said|m||e| Certificate made by Holies Newcastle Es\that/ it was sent to George Phenny Es Governour of the said Bahama Islands. I find also {illeg}|t|hat before it was sent it was weighed in the Mint &; there {illeg}|fo|und of the weight expressed in Mr Ge|i|rards bill, & the price of the silver set down in the said Bill answers to its weight. I find also that t|T|he price of the workmanship is reasonable, it being as low or a little lower then in proportion to the prizes heretofore allowed for the workmanship of seales of the like sizes. \And I meet wth no objection against the Bill./ All wch is most humbly submitted to your Lordps great wisdome. pursuant thereto & {illeg} viewed seen an impression there find that it was {illeg}|made| according to the {sic} directions of \sd/ warrant & se{illeg}|n|t to the Governour of the said Islands. And by an impression taken from it before it was sent {or}|&| kept in the Mint, I we find that the work was very good. {illeg} It was weighed in the Mint before it was sen{illeg}|t| & {weig} there found of the weight expressed Mr Gerards Bill, & the price of the work is reasonable in propo{s}|r|tion to the prizes {illeg}|he|reto{illeg}|f|ore allowed for the workmanship of seales of the like sizes.
