I understand by Mr Ward that the East India Company are willing to give 7000li for one hundred Tunns of Tin to be paid in Exchequer Bill{sic} out of the first moneys they shall receive of your Lordsps for salt peter \& in the same moneys/, & desire the Tin may be speedily delived|r|ed if your Lordps approve thereof.
