Whereas pursuant to a Warrant Signd by Her Ma{ty} in that behalfe, the Officers of the Mint did receiv{e} from Sundry persons diverse Quantitys of Plate at certain Rates therein mencond in Order to be Coyned and gave Receits for the Value thereof at the Rates specifyed in the said Warrt And whereas the parliamt. have made no provision for satisfying the Difference between the produce of the said plate and the Rates it was taken in at, after the 14th day of May last. My Lord Trear doth Consent & agree on Her Mats behalfe That if the said officers of the Mint or any of them shall for the accm̄odacon of the Imposters of the said plate advance to them respectively so much as the said Difference amounts to the same shall be repaid to him or them Out of Her Mats Civil List money by Xmas next, if the Parliamt. shall not have provided for the same before that time.
