The warden & Comptroller & their Deputy or Deputies to oversee the making {of ye} monies

|5| The Mr to receive all bullion \neare to standard/ according to ye value by weight & fineness & {illeg} {illeg} {illeg}|O|r Tickets testifying the weight & finenes \thereof/ & within a convenient time to pay {back} coyn & pay back ye same by weight of equal value .|(|23 \43/) & if he & ye importer differ about the {value} the kings Assaymr shall try ye same before ye Warden Mr {illeg}|&| Comptroller & ye Mr be {bought} thereby. |8| The Warden Comptroller {illeg}|&| Kings Clerk & Clerk of ye Papers to keep shall enter in Leger books all Bullion imported wth ye wt & fineness & importers name {illeg}|&| day of Importation 24

And the Bullion imported shall be kept by ye Warden Mr & Comptroller till it be {admitted} to be coyned. 25

T|A|nd ye Warden Comptroller & Kings Clerk shall keep books of melting declaring the {weight} & fine{illeg}|n|ess of ye Ingotts & their allay put into every Pot with ye Pot assays; wch books shall be subscribed monthly by ye Warden Mr & Comptroller. 26

And the Assaymr shall keep a book of a{illeg}|l|l Bullion imported expressing the {weight} & fineness of ye Ingots & the Pott assays. 27

And the Surveyor of ye meltings shall keep a book of ye weight of all {bullion} molten wth ye Ass|ll|ay put into it. 31

And the Warden & Comptroller \& their {Clerks}/ shall oversee ye making of ye {money} {2}|3|0

|6| The Master {illeg}|t|o bear all manner of Wast & charges in coyning the money. 59

|6|7|| The {If}|A|nd if ye\any/ bullion \imported/ be nigh to standard ye Mr shall receive it for {ye} value {sought} ye charges of making i{illeg}|t| standard be born out of ye Coynage Duty. 28

When ye monies be complete ye Warden Mr & Comptroller shall lock them up untill they shall be tried & paid to ye Impor{illeg}|t|ers 32

Which trial shall be made by ye Assaymr before ye Warden Mr & Comptroller before deliverance two pieces being taken \by the Warden/ out of every journey one for ye Assay & the others for the Pix \& they shall be sealed up/, & the pieces for ye Pix shall be put into a Box for ye Warden & locked up by ye Warden Mr & Comptroller untill trial be made of ye Pix before ye King &c 33, 34, 35, 36, 37 38 39 40
