The versos of the first four folios feature a number of text fragments, some at least of which seem related to the material on the rectos, possibly representing earlier drafts. However, they do not appear to supplement or replace any of the text on the rectos and have here been transcribed at the beginning of the document to avoid interrupting the text flow on the first four rectos, which do follow one another sequentially.

The entire document is in considerable disorder, with frequent disjunctures in the sense. Where possible, the pages are here transcribed in what appears to be the intended sequence, but in many cases it has been impossible to establish any such sequence. The text breaks off in mid-sentence on the final page (f. 49r).
